The museum board from Papmill Schut is a very high quality board which meets with the high standards of ISO9706, DIN6738, NEN2728 and is PAT certified (Photo Activity Test).

The board is produced from very high quality woodfree cellulose and has no additives that could harmfully affect the board. The very pure fibre is made into paper in an acid free environment, is pH neutral and is calcium carbonate buffered. This will protect the board (and the work of art) against acid
attacks from the enviroment. Different layers of paper are laminated together by means of a neutral glue laminated to various to various thicknesses between 0,3 and 2.0 mm.
